Pro Bacto
Is a specialty disinfectant based on the highly active fourth generation (twin chain) quaternary ammonium compounds. Its high surfactant and chelating contents, along with its germicidal properties, make it ideal for cleaning and disinfection of critical non-porous food contact surfaces and equipment.
Pro Bacto applications include:
- Food contact surfaces e.g. tables, counters and cutting boards
- Poultry slaughtering and processing plants
- Cold stores
- Commercial kitchens
Contains: 8 % didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 2% C 16 – 18 alcohol ethoxylate. Excipient containing: alkaline builders, chelating agents and ethanol.
Pro Bacto:
- Virucide, bactericide and fungicide
- Effective in hard and soft water
- High surfactant content with excellent organic matter tolerance
- Suitable for all food handling areas and processing plants.
- Ideal disinfectant for cold stores
Instructions for Use:
- For routine disinfection of food contact surfaces and equipment apply at 2.5% (25 ml/L) either manually or through a pressure washer, ensure a minimum contact time of 5 minutes.
- In refrigerated areas and cold storage apply at 3% (30ml/L), ensure a minimum contact time of 30 minutes.
